it's that time again...

I have a new net worth posted... $198,001. We saw a healthy 2% increase, almost $4,000, in the past month. It would have been a $10,000 month, but we made the final three garage payments, totaling $6,300, these last couple weeks, so that took up a chunk of cash. We still haven't adjusted the value of the house to reflect the increase in value from the new garage, and I'm not sure that we will. We might wait until the end of the year and reevaluate. If you haven't noticed, we also removed the value of our cars from our net worth a couple months back. Now we only include investment/retirement accounts, cash, mortgages, and real estate equity, both in our primary residence and in our investment property.
