Apartment Update

I feel like we're absentee landlords, but the apartment building has really been running itself these past couple weeks. I had a phone call from the tenant yesterday that mows, weed whacks and trims the bushes, and does the general upkeep of the yard. He said things are quiet there, he rarely sees two of the tenants, and the third is doing well. I'm going to head over today to vacuum the halls and make sure the yard looks good. I am trying to make sure I appreciate (and document!) these quiet times, because I know it won't be like this forever!
