moving some money

FNBO announced this week that their new rate is 5.05%, down from their 6.0% promo rate, making them on par with just about everyone else. I moved $90,000 from FNBO over to Countrywide, to take advantage of their 5.5% rate on balances over $10,000 via their SavingsLink account. The rest of our cash will stay at FNBO and Emigrant (also 5.05%) for now. I'm hoping for a rate war, but I don't think it's going to happen in light of the Fed's recent move and the liquidity problems of a few of the big players. Update: Emigrant just dropped their rate to 4.75%.
