Yodlee's service?
| I've had a service request open with Yodlee regarding the "View Net Worth" functionality in their MoneyCenter product since September 7th, that's 2 1/2 months - not that I'm counting, and have yet to receive any indication that they are working on it. I've requested status updates twice, with no response either time. I think it's time to find a new personal finance aggregation software. The thought of redoing all my account setup makes me sick to my stomach. Update: the service request number is 10014254. |

post a commentI completely agree. I use Yodlee because it's offered through my bank, but nothing ever seems to work right. It hasn't been able to update my student loan amounts since the day I started using it and the net worth graphing has never shown me more than a broken picture icon.
Lame.
I would really like it if Yodlee worked, so if anyone has any suggestions for a replacement, I'm all ears. Mint, maybe?
I've been considering Mint.com as well, I just have to see if they also aggregate rewards programs and a couple other features that Yodlee lacks.
The only problem I've had with Yodlee, to date, is that I requested a new bank be supported several months ago. I received a response, but nothing that I can see has happened. To make matters worse, the bank I requested uses the exact same system that an existing bank they have does, but have now switched off of...
I had an account that wasn't updating correctly for about 2 months now, and I put in a service request. After 1 or 2 emailed update requests. Yodlee fixed it this week- as a surprise- it just worked one day when I logged in. Then I got an email the next day saying they had fixed it. Try again!
Hey Savvy Saver, I couldn't find any way to contact you privately through your site, but I might be able to push things along if you can help me out with a service request number or some other identifier with Yodlee Customer Care.
Depending on how many users the bug is affecting and how big of a bug it is it's hard to tell how it has been prioritized.
