I use USAA for most things ...PenFed seems awesome! I use USAA for most things and so far i love them, but always keeping eyes out for others.I actually refinanced, if you can call it that, on our HELOC we got as a 2nd mortgage last summer. Went down from 9.0% to Prime-.45% !!! If you can believe it, our new 5.5% rate is lower than our 1st mortgage @ 6.875%. haha...just gotta "lock" it in some day before it goes up.also J.
